General Returns Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
    • Products must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and components included.
    • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Hygiene-sensitive items, such as wound care products, incontinence supplies, bathroom aids, or opened personal care items.
    • Customized or special-order items that are not part of our standard inventory.
    • Used items that cannot be resold for health and safety reasons.
  3. Defective or Damaged Products:
    • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We may request photos or videos to verify the issue.
    • A replacement or refund will be processed based on the circumstances.
  4. Refunds:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
    • Contact our customer service team at sh**@hu********************.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  2. Shipping Instructions:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.
    • Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Inspection and Refund:
    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please initiate the process by contacting customer service.
